Under the guidance of Mr. Sattar, Sillod municipal corporation has built multiple auditoriums in areas like Jamalshah Colony and Tilaknagar. From the funding raised by Mr. Sattar, Lokshahir Annabhau Sathe Sabhagruha and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Bhavan are also being developed.
Also, the social town hall development is undergoing in Teachers colony at sr.no.14/2 under backward class society, it will cost around 17 lakh.
